We need to raise a minimum of $4500 each year to maintain a successful orchestra program. The profits of Orchestra fundraisers supply money for running the orchestra, such as supplies, music, etc. At least half of these funds go toward hiring sectional teachers who come in throughout the year to give our students individualized attention specific to their instrument.

Group Fundraisers for Our General Fund
We host a direct donation campaign in the fall so that we can generously keep supporting our orchestra program.
At Homecoming time, we bring out the In-N-Out food truck before the Powder Puff game. It's a very fun community event!
In February, if needed, we hold a nationwide dining night out with Panda Express. This way we can include ALL of our friends and families!
In April, we offer Krispy Kreme for pick up or delivery and receive 50% back from each dozen!
Individual Fundraisers to Defray Trip Costs
The profits of these fundraisers go toward a student's individual trip account. Students are able to raise as little or as much money as they want toward the cost of our trip for the year
Students can purchase boxes of chocolate from Mrs. Murphy to sell. The boxes are $60 each. You pay cash or check and $25 goes into your student's individual trip account. Chocolate bars can be sold around school or to family, friends, or co-workers for $1 each.
Once or twice a year, students can sell bags of coffee beans to their family and friends. The beans can be brought to local Ozo shops to be ground. In November 2023, the bags were $15 and students were able to keep $5.75 per bag for their trip funds!
The Raise Right company allows us to purchase digital or physical gift cards and keep a percentage of the purchase price. They even have an easy to use app. Click here for a slideshow to learn all about it. It's free money for things you were already going to buy!
